Our Policies ...
Refund policy:
If you receive our product and it is damaged in any way simply contact us and we will send out a new package of the same cards at no cost to you. All other sales are final.
Shipping and return policy: If your order comes in between the first day of the month and the 15th day, the cards will be shipped within 48 hours. If the order comes in between the 16th and the last day of the month you will receive them between the 1st and 5th of the month following month.
Once you set up your subscription you will be billed monthly for your account and receive your cards between the 1st and 5th of each month. (please allow a few days one way or the other depending on holidays or weather conditions that may effect shipping)
Privacy policy:
We do not sell or rent any of your personal information. It is for billing purpose and within our company only.
Cancellation policy:
To cancel your subscription, we simply ask for a 30 day advance notice. You can cancel by phone, in writing, or by email. Please keep your record of cancellation.
No Shipping cost Policy
If you agree to a one year subscription (paid monthly NOT all at once) we will give you FREE shipping each month. However, if you do decide for some crazy reason to cancel (or just have to) prior to fulfilling the one year agreement, then you will be billed for past shipping charges. Example: If you signed up for “two a day” and shipping cost was $4.00 per set and canceled after 6 months, you would be billed for 6 months of shipping cost or $42.00. However, if you simply downgrade to one a day for the rest of the agreement, there is no back shipping charge.
Upgrade or downgrade
You can upgrade or down grade at any point at no extra cost. Depending on the time of the month that you upgrade or down gradewill depend if it will get filled that month or the following month. Down grade is easier. If you upgrade, it will depend if we have ordered enough overflow. If not, it will start the follow month.
CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement as needed. Use of our servers by you after said changes constitutes acceptance of those new terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to change our subscription rates at any time. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may terminate this Agreement in accordance with our cancellation policy. For changes in subscription rates, we will always give thirty (30) days notice prior to changing subscription rates.
